2. Color of items may vary slightly from original item due to lighting.

3. Goods sold are not refundable or exchangeable.

Delivery
1. Price listed does not include postage

2. We will use Pos Laju or Pos Ekspress delivering service for buyers in Malaysia
and insured first clas postage service by Pos malaysia for international buyers.

3. Postal Charges varies to the weight of the items bought.

4. SugarFelt will not be held responsible for any losses or damages of items during
delivery

Payment
1. Payment can be made via cash transfer to our Maybank and RHB Bank's
account or by C.O.D (Cash On Delivery). We will give you the bank details
once you've confirmed purchases.

2. We will only accept cash in Malaysian Ringgit for C.O.D

3. Payment must be made within 3 days after confirmation

4. We also accepts credit card payment via Paypal.
